The grapes for this barrel aged (12 months) of Petit Verdot mature at a leisurely pace while basking in the warm sun of the Judean Mountains and being gently caressed by the cool maritime breezes from Israel’s mediterranean coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its entire full potential. Enjoy also the Judean Heights Collection with our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Shiraz, Petit Sirah, Chardonnay and Late Harvest. Open and decant at least hour prior to drinking.
