Noah Winery was established in 2002 on Moshav Geulim, in the heart of the Sharon region. Its wines are produced with innovative technologies while adhering to traditional French wine production methods. The wine is transferred from state-of-the-art, temperature controlled, stainless steel fermentation tanks to French wooden barrels for aging. Noah wines are all kosher, under the supervision of Rabbi Mahfoud of Bnei Brak and certified by the Orthodox Union(OU) in the USA. The wines are marketed in Israel and exported to markets in the United States, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy and Holland.
The winery's production processes are overseen by French enologist Francois Raynal, a Nantes University graduate. Francois is a renowned winemaker who works in France, Italy, Chile, South Africa and Australia With vast experience in the creation of New World wines.
Noah Winery produces fruity "New World" wines whose flavors as well as bottle designs appeal to a young target audience, thereby it contributes to the development of the wine culture in Israel.
