The grapes for this oak barrel aged (18 months) Cabernet Sauvignon mature at a leisurely pace while basking in the warm sun of the Judean Mountains and being gently caressed by the cool maritime breezes from Israel’s mediterranean coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its full potential. Best bet- open and decant at least a half hour prior to drinking and serve at room temperature. Please store on its side in a cool and dark place
It is concentrated and creamy aromatic with a layer of black berry jam. The body is rich and full of tannins and it is recommended for tannin lovers who love this full body. Additionally, it has depths of licorice and aromatic coffee taste and has a rich mineral end note. This has an artistic layer of enjoyment to the drinker and thus it is recommended to let it breath for 4 to 5 hours before drinking.
