This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its entire flavor potential, offering full of ripe raspberry flavors, black cherries and hints of blackpepper with a final note of aromatic spices.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon matures gently in the warm days and cool nights in the Judean Mountains, surrounding Jerusalem, close to maritime breeze coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its entire flavor potential.
Experts' comments
Blackcurrant, cinnamon, and bursts of forest breath…… The initial note exudes a fine creamy flavor and a roasted grilled odour. Tannin is smooth and supple. The end note is lingered by charismatic coffee and dark chocolate flavor. It is suitable to match the taste of the dishes with strong flavours.
