Our Merlot matures gently in the warm days and cool nights of the Judean Mountains, surrounding Jerusalem, close to maritime breeze coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its full potential
Experts' comments
It exudes almost the aroma of blueberries. The oak barrel-like feeling is prominently evident. The first note is introduced with a very pleasant jam flavor. Additionally, it is coupled with a little spicy flavor. The after taste reveals some slight delicious minerality. Tannin is quite harmonious, while the body is recognized as soft and delicate.
