This is the first Late Harvest of our winery in 2009, and was only hand picking by successive waves. The fermentation was made over a period of two months, then aged 14 months in Hungarian oak barrels.
This is a second Late Harvest produced in the winery, only when the condition in the vineyard are optimal. Harvested by hand picking the grapes where fermented for two months and then aged for 8 months in oak barrels. Enjoy also the Judean Heights Collection with our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet-Shiraz, Petit Shirah, and Chardonnay.
