This elegant Merlot, aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, is blended to capture the complexity and balance of a young wine, while embodying the diversity of the entire Judean Hills complexity.
The grapes for this barrel aged (12 months) of Merlot mature at a leisurely pace while basking in the warm sun of the Judean Mountains and being gently caressed by the cool maritime breezes from Israel’s mediterranean coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its entire full potential. Enjoy also the Judean Heights Collection with our Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet- Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Petit Vedrot and Chardonnay. Open and decant an hour prior to drinking.
