Noah merlot hails from the foothills of the Judean Mountains, south and east from Jerusalem near Beth Shemesh.
It reveals a ruby-like wine colour with a vibrant touch of black fruit. The initial note exudes the spicy black pepper, adding a delicious minerality to the body. A very direct, easy, smooth “Merlot” drink. Indeed, it is a very interesting choice amongst other selections.
