The wine is offering full of ripe raspberry flavors and hints of black pepper. It is best served with grilled meat and color fully ethnic dishes.
Noah Petite Sirah hails from the foothills of the Judean Mountains, south and east from Jerusalem near Beth Shemesh.
Uniquely, it is a rare grape variety. The wine tastes like extremely deep, rich black plum, with a bit like cinnamon, cloves and licorice added notes. The acidity level is quite balanced and thus makes it a smooth wine. The first note is full of strong spices smell. Such “hot gentleman” is very compatible with lamb and mutton dishes.
