The bouquet reveals layered aromatics of plum, vanilla bean and spice, as well as evocative notes of saddle leather, tobacco leaf and rich, moist earth.
The grape for this oak barrel aged (18 months) Merlot mature at a leisurely pace while basking in the warm sun of the Judean Mountains and being gently caressed by the cool maritime breezes from Israel’s mediterranean coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its full potential. Best bet- open and decant at least a half hour prior to drinking and serve at room temperature. Please store on its side in a cool and dark place

The aroma floats out of the crystal glass gradually and carries out distinct and charming rose fragrance. The first note is distinct prominently by strong fine tannins and is why very concentrated coffee and licorice taste is bursting out of your mouth. The “feeling of mellow after tasting it” can be described as the creamy butter and mineral delicacy. Each flavor’s concentration is very strong with multi-layers of enjoyment. It is recommended to bleed it for 4 to 5 hours before tasting.
